Financial loss

Sum insured $250,000

This extension provides cover in respect of a third party claim for financial loss only where there has been no physical loss or damage to property or personal injury – i.e. a product not working in the way represented that it would.

Statutory liability

Sum insured $250,000

This extension provides cover in respect of fines & penalties including legal assistance in defending civil fine actions, i.e. non compliance in areas of government regulations from environmental law to occupational health & safety law.

These extensions are included automatically however we can increase cover from the standard $250,000 to a higher level of protection.
