Claims Made:
The Errors & Omissions & Statutory Liability extensions on the policy are claims made contracts which means that claims first advised to you (or made against you ) and reported to your insurer during the period of insurance are covered irrespective of when the incident causing the claim occurred . (Subject to retroactive date)
Therefore it is imperative you notify of any incident or circumstance that may give rise to a claim immediately you become aware of during the policy period.
