For immediate After Hours Support please consider contacting the relevant insurer directly or follow up a call to our office where your message will be returned. To assist your insurer with efficient lodgement of your claim please have your Policy Number ready.

3. Confirm your Policy Number and Insurer for the particular property affected
4. Johns Lyng will advise what steps you need to take prior to their arrival to your property
( If you require emergency assistance please note; any emergency work is carried out for damage relating to claimable events under the policy. If the repairs are not subject to the accepted claim you may be required to pay the assigned service provider for any work completed)
